During her time at Drexel University, Kendall did her coop internship with Milly in NYC.  Upon graduation, she was hired to work at Milly full time as a product development assistant.  After a few months, she was promoted to product development coordinator, and was then quickly promoted to assistant designer while still maintaining her product development role.  After three years, Kendall left Milly and began working as a freelance stylist with local Brooklyn brands and on set for commercials.
